I’ve been busy with grading the past week, so I’m just now posting my analysis of Sen. John Kerry’s economic address to The City Club of Cleveland from 3 December 2002. You’ll find it on Presidential Campaign Rhetoric 2004. I did something a little different this time: I “edited” the speech. It is a rather bland address. Kerry will certainly have to punch up his rhetoric if he hopes to compete for the nomination.
